1.1 Can I customize my jersey?

1.2 How long does it take to receive a customized jersey?

Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks before being shipped. All custom jerseys are final sale.

1.3 How do I track my order?

While logged in, click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the See order history button to view a summary of your orders. Tracking numbers for each order, once shipped, will appear in the right-most column on the page.

1.4 How long does shipping take?

Orders will ship out within approximately 4 to 6 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time it is placed and is subject to change based on order volume. For further information please consult our customer service page.

1.5 How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

The Official Store of the Montreal Alouettes offers several different shipping options to its customers, including expedited shipping and international shipping options. Please see the Shipping Information portion of our Customer Service page for more information.

1.6 Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

1.7 Where can I find my receipt?

You will find it attached to the email you received when your order was shipped, or in the details of your purchase under the "Order History" tab when logged in to your account online.
Please note that your receipt is essential for exchanging or returning items. You can show it on your mobile device or present a printed copy.

1.8 I'm missing an item listed on my packing slip.

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.

1.9 Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged on orders from the province of the billing address. All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. There is no sales tax on U.S. or International orders.

1.11 What if I cannot remember my password?

1.12 How do I change my password?

While logged in, click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the Edit my personal details button to manage all of your personal preferences, including your password.

1.13 How do I change the email address associated to my Alouettes account?

While logged in, click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the Edit my personal details button to manage all of your personal preferences, including your primary email address.

1.14 How do I unsubscribe from Official Store of the Montreal Alouettes email promotions?

While logged in, please click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the Edit my personal details button to manage all of your personal preferences. The option to unsubscribe from promotional email communications can be found at the bottom of the page.

1.15 What payment methods are accepted for my online purchases?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Debit cards and Visa Debit cards will not be processed at check out.

1.16 Is it secure to enter my credit card information in the Official Store of the Montreal Alouettes website?

Yes. The Official Store of the Montreal Alouettes is equipped with secure online ordering capabilities and your personal information will only ever be used by the Montreal Alouettes and will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.

The security of your credit card information as well as all of your personal information is our top priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for safe and secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that they cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

1.17 Can I place my order over the phone?

1.18 Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item I have purchased goes on sale or on promotion?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied towards previous purchases.

1.19 How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

Most regular-priced and sale merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE items, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, or any other product marked "final sale". Exceptions may be made if the merchandise was found to be defective.

1.21 Are the prices/promotions the same as in store?

Since we offer exclusive in store and online offers, they sometimes differ. Please note that online prices cannot be matched in store.

1.22 How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your return to process it. See the Return Policy and Information portion of our Customer Service page for full details.

1.23 Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
