RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item isn’t right for you, please review our return policy below before returning your item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items and purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, and/or with a discount code
- Personalized or customized items, including personalized jerseys
- Clearance items
- Accesories, swimwear,
- All items purchased at the stadium on game days
- All international orders
For personalized items, please carefully verify the size, name, number, spelling, and personalization details before placing your order.
Any final sale item returned by mail or in person will not be refunded or returned to the sender. We cannot be held responsible for these items.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Be in new, unworn, and unused condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Show no signs of wear, damage, laundering, or use
- Not be considered a final sale item under the conditions listed above
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
RETURN FORM
Before returning an eligible item, please download and complete our Return Form.
The form must be printed, completed, and included with your returned item, whether you are returning it by mail or in person.
Returns received without the required information may experience processing delays.
RETURN BY MAIL
1. Download, print, and complete the Return Form.
2. Place the completed form inside your package with the item(s) you are returning.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
IN-PERSON RETURNS
In-person returns are available by appointment only.

Please note: Items purchased at the stadium on game days are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order through our online store.
Your original eligible item can then be returned following the instructions above. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued separately.
Placing a new order helps ensure that your desired item or size remains available while your return is being processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your return.
Once the refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required for the funds to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
