Final Sale Items
Items that are marked "final sale," including clearance items, customized products, earrings, swimwear, and undergarments, cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
All purchases made from outside Canada are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be:

In new, unworn condition with tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt

Free from signs of wear, damage, laundering, or use

Returns received without prior authorization or without the completed form will not be accepted.
