This service is only for blank Montreal Alouettes jerseys purchased through our official store.
Conditions:
The jersey must be completely blank (no existing name or number).
We cannot customize jerseys that have already been printed or personalized, as our heat press with adhesive letters and numbers cannot be applied over existing designs.
If the jersey has been washed, detergents may leave a residue that prevents proper adhesion. We recommend sending in a clean, preferably unwashed jersey.
Shipping – What the Fees Cover:
When you purchase customization online, the shipping fee at checkout only covers the return shipping of your completed customized jersey (from our warehouse back to you).
How to Send Us Your Jersey:
You have two options:
Ship it to us at your own cost (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.)
Drop it off at our warehouse by appointment
The shipping address or drop-off instructions will be provided after your purchase.
Production Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your jersey for customization.
Please Note:
The Alouettes Boutique is not responsible for:
Typos or errors in the name/number entered by the customer
Any damage already present on the jersey before we receive it
Customization issues caused by fabric contamination (detergent film, dirt, etc.)
Mandatory Confirmation:
After your purchase, you must send us an email at [email protected] to confirm how you will be sending your jersey (shipping or drop-off).
If we do not receive this confirmation email, your customization will not be processed.
