This service is intended for the personalization of your own blank Alouettes jersey , purchased through our official store.
The jersey must be blank (no name or number already printed).
We do not accept already personalized or printed sweaters , as our personalization method uses a heat press with adhesive letters and numbers , which cannot be applied over existing prints.
If your sweater has been washed, some detergents may leave a residue that prevents proper adhesion. It is therefore recommended that you provide a clean, ideally unwashed, sweater.
When you purchase customization on our site, the shipping costs you pay only cover the return of your personalized sweater to your address (once the customization is complete).
You have two options:
Mail it at your expense (via Canada Post, Purolator, etc.)
Drop it off at our warehouse by appointment
The delivery address or appointment booking procedure will be communicated to you after your purchase.
Allow up to 2 weeks after receiving your sweater for production.

Any typo in the name or number provided by the customer
Any damage already present on the sweater upon receipt
Adhesion problems caused by detergent residue or other contaminants
